On 03/09/2026 at approximately 09:55 PM Chambersburg Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a motor scooter in the 500 block of Philadelphia Ave.  The vehicle failed to stop for emergency lights and fled the area.  The person shown in this photo may have information relevant to an ongoing police investigation.  They are a person of interest but not necessarily a suspect at this time.  If you believe you have information which can help in identifying the individual, please contact the Chambersburg Police Department or submit a tip on Crimewatch.
