On 3/30/2026, Chambersburg Police responded to Wilson College on Philadelphia Ave for a report of disorderly conduct.  It was reported that 5 juveniles were on e-bikes riding throughout the campus, harassing students in various ways and riding erratically into traffic while on campus.  The juveniles fled the area once they saw patrol cars arrive.  

The persons shown in this photo may have information relevant to an ongoing police investigation. He/she is a person of interest, but not necessarily a suspect at this time.
