The Upland Borough Police Department is now accepting applications for MPOTEC certified Part time officers 

- At least 18 Years of Age as of the date of application 

- US Citizen

-Physically and Mentally fit 

-High School Diploma or equivalent 

-Current ACT 120 Certification 

-Possess a valid Drivers License

-No disqualifying criminal history
