Upland Borough Police Department Partners with Delaware County Community College for Active Shooter Incident Response Training

The Upland Borough Police Department recently partnered with Delaware County Community College to host the Texas State University ALERRT (Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training) class at the Reese Center on Friday and Saturday.

This training opportunity provided new officers with the necessary skills to respond effectively in active shooter incidents. The department is grateful to have worked alongside instructors from the Community College Police Academy, Morton Police, Aston Police, and the Upland Borough Police Department.

This collaborative effort demonstrates the department's commitment to providing its officers with the highest level of training to ensure the safety of the community.
