SNOW EMERGENCY
DECLARED
Mayor Dennon has declared a snow emergency for the Borough of Upland beginning on Sunday February 22, 2026 at 6:00 AM thru Monday February 23, 2026 at 8:00 PM.
The Delaware County area is expected to receive snow fall totals of 8-12 inches or more along with strong winds with gust potentially reaching 40 MPH.
As a result of this Emergency Declaration, we are asking the following;
Please remember that during and immediately following the storm that the following ordinances are in effect and will be enforced as necessary.
This is going to be an impactful storm for the area. Please take precautions while shoveling snow. Take breaks often to prevent injury or illness, remember to check on your elderly neighbors, and be safe.
Emergency Management, Police and Fire Officials will be ready to assist our residents should the need arise.
