On Friday, November 7th, 2025, at approximately 5:45pm, Lower Chichester Township Police Officers were dispatched to 1116 Sterling Avenue for the report of a verbal domestic situation. Upon the arrival of Police, the victim stated that she and the defendant, identified as Fatima T. Suggs, were having an argument that escalated into a physical altercation.  The victim claimed to fear for her safety/life, stating that the defendant did have access to weapons, and she was afraid that she may use them against her, especially in her intoxicated state.

The victim did show Police where she had been struck with the handle of a rake across her back and identified the defendant as the one who struck her.  The defendant was given the opportunity to explain, however, stated that she did not have any knowledge of how the injuries or markings were caused.  At that point she was taken into custody and charged accordingly.
