On Tuesday September 1st, at approximately 8:02pm, Lower Chichester Township Police Officers were dispatched to an address on the 100 block of Ervin Avenue for the report of a verbal domestic incident where the male was allegedly throwing items around the home.

Arriving Officers were made aware that the actor, identified as Nathaniel Manigo was not allowing his female paramour and child to leave the residence. Upon making contact at the door, a female invited Officers in, however, Officers found Manigo standing behind the door, making it difficult to enter. 

Once inside, the victim advised that she and the child were not being allowed to leave.  One Officer advised her to make her way out of the door as he stood there, and Manigo attempted to block her path.  That Officer did use the appropriate amount of force to remove Manigo from her and her child's path, allowing them to leave, however, Manigo opted to begin challenging and "square up" with Officers, advising the initial Officer that he was going to get knocked out, as he balled his fists and closed the distance between himself and the Officer.

At this time, Officers did attempt to take Manigo into custody, however, he began to fight and resist.  A brief altercation ensued prior to him being taken into custody.

Manigo did continue to make threats towards other Officers on scene and was charged accordingly for all of his behavior.
