Josepe Lockhart of Darby Township was taken into custody on August 6, 2020.  Lockhart is charged with possession with the intent to distribute controlled substance.  Lockhart sold the highly addictive pain killer oxycodone to an undercover Officer on two occasion and then sold the same undercover Officer cocaine on two separate occasion.  Lockhart was taken into Police custody without incident in the 1800 block of Delmar Drive, Folcroft
