Jahmeir HILL was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with the intent to deliver.  HILL on several occasions sold Fentanyl while in Folcroft Borough.  On todays date HILL was taken into Police custody and found to be in possession of approximately 27 bundles of fentanyl,10 grams of cocaine, scales and packaging.
