Upon arrival, responding officers heard a gunshot and immediately upgraded the call to an active shooter incident. Officers approached the scene and located two individuals on the ground outside the residence—one suffering from a gunshot wound to the hand and a second male, later identified as Kyle Rhyanes, a 36-year-old male, who was unharmed. Officers safely relocated both individuals from the immediate area.
