On Saturday April 24, 2021 Officers of the Swatara Township Police Department partnered with members of our Community to conduct Earth Day clean up along Paxton Street and the Gerald H. Vanatta Memorial Park (off Derry Street).  The Police Department would like to thank the Harrisburg Christian Performing Arts Center (HCPAC), Girl Scout Troops 10734 from Chambers Hill and 11111 from Hershey, Voices 4 the Voiceless, Dawood and our residents who volunteered their Saturday morning, to make our community a more beautiful place.
