Today marks the Grand Opening for the new GIANT food store located in Swatara Township off of Grayson Road.  GIANT made a giant impression to the community by donating $5000, which will aid in emergency services in both Swatara Township and Paxtang Borough.  Swatara Township Police welcomes GIANT and all of their employees to our neighborhood.  The opening day was quite impressive as it didn't take long for the checkout lines to fill up with excited customers.  Upon speaking to various operational managers, GIANT foods is excited to open a store in Swatara Township and they look forward to serving the community well into the future.
