Earlier this month, the Swatara Township Police, Fire-Rescue and Public Works were pleased to join the friends and family of Ellen Miller in celebrating her 100th birthday.  Swatara Township Police joined in a parade past Mrs. Miller's house.  The Township Commissioners also issued a Proclamation acknowledging this milestone.
