Swatara Township Police responded to the M&T Bank located at 4200 Derry Street on July 13, 2026, at 1:18 PM for a reported robbery. Responding Officers learned that an adult male passed a note to a bank teller and demanded cash. He was provided with an undisclosed amount of currency before leaving the area of the bank on foot. 

Officers searched the area for the suspect and provided his description to surrounding jurisdictions. At approximately 7:30 PM, the suspect was located by Harrisburg City Police Officers near 15^th and Regina Streets, and he was taken into custody.

The suspect, 58-year-old Ramon Sanchez, Jr., was arraigned on one count of Robbery and was remanded to the Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
