Susquehanna Township, PA — November 14, 2025 — As part of its ongoing commitment to roadway safety, the Susquehanna Township Police Department is continuing its participation in regional joint enforcement activities targeting seat belt compliance and impaired driving. Today, officers conducted a dedicated “Move Over” enforcement detail at various locations throughout the township, focusing on violations of Pennsylvania’s “Move Over” vehicle code statute.
This initiative reflects a coordinated, multi-agency effort to reduce traffic-related injuries and fatalities through high-visibility patrols and proactive community education. By working closely with local, county, and state partners, the department continues to emphasize the importance of safe driving practices on township roadways.
