On 09-30-19 Michael D. Magaro II plead guilty to 3rd degree murder, firearms offenses and tampering with evidence at the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. The Honorable William Tully sentenced Magaro to 25 to 50 years in a state correctional facility. This stems from an incident that occurred on 11-06-17 in the 400 block of North Front Street in the borough of Steelton.
