On Thursday 11-12-15 the Steelton Police Department executed a search warrant in the 500 block of South Front Street in the borough.  Officers recovered 910 packs of heroin, over 100 grams of powder heroin, packaging paraphernalia and a .357 magnum revolver. Officers arrested Alyssa Medina and Raylynnd Aldridge for manufacturing / delivery of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers arrested Johnnie Spriggs II for a former felon not to posses a firearm, manufacturing / delivery of a heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
