The Steelton Borough Police Department is now hiring for the position of patrol officer. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and must posses a high school diploma or an equivalent degree. Act 120 certification is preferred but not required. Applications can be picked up at the Steelton Borough Police Department, located at 123 North Front Street. 

Applications will be closed on Friday, June 2, 2023, at 3:00 PM. There is a $50 application fee that must be paid at the time of submission. The written assessment will take place on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at 9:00 AM at the Steelton Borough Municipal Building in Council Chambers.
