On 11-19-19 at approximately 5:20am, Steelton Borough Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Lincoln Street for a report of a theft from a vehicle.  Officers spoke to the victim who claimed that a wallet containing personal cards and $300 cash, as well as a white Samsung cell phone, was stolen from the vehicle.  The victim stated that the vehicle was not locked at the time of the incident.  Surveillance footage of the area shows a male figure walking by wearing what appeared to be a hoodie and/or hat at approximately 2:30am on 11-19-19.  Any information on this incident can be reported to the Steelton Borough Police Department at 717-939-9841.  We would like to send a friendly reminder to the residents and visitors of the Borough of Steelton to always lock your car doors and take all valuables out before exiting.
