On 4-17-2020, Steelton Borough Police were dispatched to a theft that occurred in the 100 block of South 2nd Street at approximately 10:20pm. The complainant stated that they met with two young black males to buy a phone through the OfferUp app when after the exchange occurred, the phone and money were taken.
