On 12-27-18 the Steelton Police while conducting a drug investigation did witness three persons selling drugs in the 100 block of South 4th Street. Officers did arrest Dupri Andrews-Flemister, Jonathan Johnston Jr. and Trequan Alexander Porter for possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, possession instruments of a crime, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. All three where taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for arraignment.
