On 10-14-19 at approximately 3:00pm, Steelton Borough Police initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of North Harrisburg St & Frank S Brown Blvd (Adams St).  Officers identified the driver as Brad Koppenheffer, who was driving under a suspended license and also had a warrant out of Cumberland County.  Koppenheffer was also cited for maximum speeding and restraint systems violations.
