On 12-08-15 the Steelton Police responded to the 200 block of Lincoln Street for a domestic violence call. Officers arrived and met with the victim who stated that Wayne Kirk assaulted her by punching her in the face numerous times in front of the children. Officers arrested Mr. Kirk for simple assault and endangering the welfare of children. He was taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for arraignment.
