On 11-03-15 the Steelton Police located a fugitive from the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas driving through the borough. Police conducted a traffic stop and took Brandon Clay Dengler into custody on the capias for statutory sexual assault. During the course of the arrest officers recovered a controlled substance and paraphernalia. Mr. Dengler was imaired due to a controlled substance at the time of the traffic stop. He was arrested and transported to the Dauphin County Judicial Center.
