A winter storm is forecast to hit our area this weekend, starting Saturday 1/24/2026 overnight into Sunday. Although forecasts vary, meteorologists have predicted there is a good chance that we could receive significant snow accumulation from the storm. Residents are urged to check the forecast as the week progresses and the storm develops, and residents who park on snow emergency routes should check the Borough's website, Facebook site, community notification systems and local media in the event the Mayor declares a snow emergency.
