Week ending 7/29/2022

The Middletown Police have charged 23 yr old Zion Holmes from Middletown with Theft.  It is alleged that on 7/17/2022 at 0500 hrs Holmes borrowed the victim’s phone then fled with the phone.  The incident occurred in the 300 Blk of S Wood St.

On 7/18/2022 police were dispatched to Genesis Court for a disturbance.  After an investigation police charged 56 yr old Delria Dubrey of Middletown and 28 yr old Janelle Baylor of Middletown with Harassment.

The Middletown Police have charged 28 yr old Janelle Baylor of Middletown with Harassment by Communication.  It is alleged that on 7/22/2022 Baylor posted the phone number of a neighbor online offering sexual favors, resulting in the neighbor receiving harassing phone calls.
