On Saturday, February 8, 2020, Middletown Borough Police conducted a warrant service at 216 Northumberland Street Apartment C in Royalton Borough to apprehend George Patrick Walters.  Walters was wanted by MPD for flight to avoid apprehension, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.  Walters was also wanted by other outside agencies, also involving drugs.  MPD made contact with a female outside the residence; Shannon Marie Feathers, who advised Walters was inside the residence.  Walters was taken into custody without incident.  Upon search incident to arrest, Walters was in possession of synthetic marijuana and will be charged with an additional count of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Walters was transported to the Central Booking Center.
