On Tuesday, January 20, 2020 at approximately 2357 hours, MPD was patrol traveling eastbound on Ann Street toward South Union Street.

 At this time, a black Jeep was seen traveling 53 MPH in a 35 mph zone.  A traffic stop was conducted. The vehicle, a black 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee bearing PA LCM5638 was driven by Mareese Jermir Walker and front seat passenger; Dorian Allen Walker.  Upon contact, a strong odor of marijuana was detected.  A search of the vehicle was conducted as a small amount of marijuana was located.
