On Thursday, January 9, 2020 at approximately 0229hours, Middletown Borough Police conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of Turkey Hill; 170 East Main Street on a dark blue 2006 Saab 93 bearing PA registration KYL8945 that was driven by Robert Charles Eckhardt Nipple. Upon further investigation, Nipple was in possession of crystal meth, drug paraphernalia as well as driving a vehicle while under suspension. Nipple was placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Center for processing.
