On 4/3/2020, Middletown Borough Police conducted a narcotics operation in the 1st Block of Ann Street. The target of this operation was Alexis Mercado-Maldonado of Lebanon County, a suspected Heroin Dealer.

Upon arrival to the pre-coordinated location, Mercado-Maldonado was taken into custody, without incident.

Heroin and Cocaine was recovered from the vehicle. Mercado-Maldonado was taken to Booking and subsequently DENIED BAIL.

Middletown Borough Police were assisted by the Dauphin County Drug Task Force and Derry Twp.'s K-9 Unit. Special thank you to those agencies.
