LEZZER is charged with the above offenses, following a pursuit through Middletown Borough, and into Lancaster County, during which speeds reached above 110 MPH (in the Londonderry Twp. area). The pursuit was TERMINATED due to the recklessness of LEZZER to evade Police, and due to the fact that the pursuit was approaching a residential area - Elizabethtown Borough. LEZZER was discovered a short time later, and the vehicle he was operating was found to have just been stolen out of Harrisburg City.
