On Thursday, July 9, 2020 at approximately 0350 hours, MPD conducted a traffic stop on a dark blue 2011 Chrysler 200 with a illegible and obscured license plate. MPD obtained the license plate; PA HVV8738. The vehicle was driven by Sean Michael Kreiser and front seat passenger; Jason Allen Moyer. A search of the vehicle was conducted resulting in crystal meth and drug paraphernalia being located in the door and center console. Kreiser was placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Center for processing.
