On August 3rd 2019 Middletown Police units were dispatched to the rear of Karns Market in the pedestrian tunnel for a woman laying face down, but appearing to be breathing.

It was found that the female was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and had passed out on ground.

The Female was identified by her Pa ID card was Jasmine M Gelencser. She was charged with summary public drunkenness.
