On January 14, 2020 Middletown Police were actively patrolling when they came upon David Delawder hanging unto a hood of a car. He was visibly intoxicated on North Pine Street in Middletown. He was PBT and blew over the legal limit. He was actively in an argument with his girlfriend and was creating a disorderly environment. Mr. Delawder was charged and taken to his residence.
