Edwin CRUZ was arrested for the theft of an almost $400,000 drilling rig in 2014. 

Middletown Police were assisted in the service of the Arrest Warrant by Harrisburg City Police, and the US Marshalls Task Force. 

Special thanks to Middletown Police Detective Wade Bloom, whose diligence and hard work led to the arrest of CRUZ, an additional male, and a warrant being issued for the arrest of a third male.
