On Saturday, February 8, 2020, Middletown Borough Police were dispatched the 1st block of East High Street for an active domestic dispute.  After speaking to multiple parties, it was determined that the actor; Brandy E. Betz took $20 cash from a woman's hand, shoved a male into a vehicle while screaming profanities in the street.  Betz was witnessed walking down the street yelling profanities further causing a disturbance which resulted in her arrest.  Betz was taken into custody without further incident and transported to the Central Booking Center.
