Please be advised that due to limited accessibility in township cul-de-sacs for waste management vehicles, snow plows, and the like, Lower Swatara Township Police Department has been asked to enforce Pennsylvania State Parking Law Title 75 section 3354(a).  

Which states: § 3354.  Additional parking regulations. (a)  Two-way highways.--Except as otherwise provided in this section, every vehicle standing or parked upon a two-way highway shall be positioned parallel to and with the right-hand wheels within 12 inches of the right-hand curb or, in the absence of a curb, as close as practicable to the right edge of the right-hand shoulder. Any violation of the listed section carries a $15.00 fine. 

This law prohibits angle or straight in parking on any roadway as both right hand front and rear wheels shall be within 12 inches of the right-hand curb.
