On Tuesday December 17 at 8:50 PM HBPD was dispatched to the 100 block of Evergreen St for an unwanted male at a residence.  The caller advised the responding officer that the male had just left in a vehicle.  HBPD located the vehicle and stopped it.  The driver was identified as, Michael Rice, a male that had been previously told by the homeowner and HBPD to not return to the residence.  Rice was intoxicated and was arrested for Defiant Trespass and DUI.  He was transported to Central Booking where a blood sample was obtained for further testing.  He was processed and released.
