On Sunday February 16 at 1:15 PM a woman contacted HBPD and advised her wallet fell from her belongings while at CVS without her knowing.  HBPD obtained video from CVS and the incident was captured on security footage.  The Officer recognized the male subject that picked up the wallet and left with it.  Later that evening the wallet was recovered.

Joshua Moore was charged with Theft.
