On Friday October 11 at 1:25 PM an HBPD Officer stopped a Chevy truck for expired registration.  The driver was identified as Bryon Martin.  A warrant check revealed Martin was wanted on a warrant for Neglect of a Child from Lorain County, Ohio.  He was arrested and taken to Central Booking, where he was processed.  He will be held in Dauphin County Prison until authorities from Ohio are able to extradite him.
