HIGHSPIRE POLICE DEPARTMENT IS NOW HIRING!!! Full-Time postions available.  Competitive wages starting at $55,000.00 for Uncertified Officers and $59,133.48 for Certified Officers in 2025 and $95K+ after five years.  Shift differential pay and longevity pay (after 5-years).  Benefits include 9 paid holidays, personal time, annual leave, sick time, medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, retirement pension, 75% tuition reimbursement. Employees protected under Collective Barganing Agreement.   

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Be a citizen of the United States
• Be twenty-one (21) years of age
• Possess a High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Act-120 Certification or currently attending a police academy
