On 8/17/21 Highspire Police were called to 500 block of Second St for a Domestic Violence investigation.  During the incident, Michael Stuver forcefully picked up the mattress in the bedroom while his 2 week old infant was asleep on the bed. As the child was falling, the mother was able to miraculously catch the baby just before she hit the floor. The mother saved the infant from certain injury. Michael Stuver will be charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Stuver will face a preliminary hearing before DJ Lenker 12-2-02.
