On 03/06/22 at approximately 0200 hours, Highspire Police stopped a vehicle for traffic violations. Police soon learned the driver of the vehicle was suspected of being intoxicated. The driver, Jason Stoudt was arrested and taken to Dauphin County Booking Center for a legal blood sample. Charges for Driving Under the Influence and other summary offenses were filed against Stoudt at District Justice Kenneth Lenker 12-2-02. A hearing will be held in the near future.
