On 03/09/23 at about 0100 am, Highspire police were called to the 100 Block of Second St for a report of a female smoking crack in a shed in the rear of the house.  Police arrived and found Diana R Mellott in a shed to the rear of the residence. Mellott was in possession of controlled substances and a crack pipe. She was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia. A hearing will be held at MDJ Kenneth Lenker's Office 12-2-02
