On October 15th, 2020 at approximately 0818 hours, Highspire Police were called to Highland Mart on Second St for a report of a vehicle theft. The victim of this incident pulled into the store to get a few items and left the vehicle unoccupied and running outside the store. When the victim came outside, the vehicle was gone. A review of the video camera system showed the suspect to be a Juvenile Male and with the help of ONSTAR the vehicle was soon located. The Juvenile Male was arrested and facing court proceedings at Dauphin County Juvenile Court.
