On Sunday, February 8th, 2026, Highspire Police were dispatched to the 500 block of WIllow Street for a reported sexual assault. The victim advised that Juliano Fletcher had engaged in unwanted sexual acts with them while they were sleeping. Highspire Police then began an investigation.

As a result of the investigation, Juliano Fletcher is charged with Rape - Unconscious Victim, Aggravated Indecent Assault Without Consent, Aggravated Indecent Assault - Unconscious Victim, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse- Unconscious Victim, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse - Forcible Compulsion and Sexual Assault. 

On Thursday, March 19th, 2026, Juliano Fletcher was taken into custody on the above charges. 

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
