On December 8th, 2020 at approximately 1600 hours, Highspire Police were called to 200 block of Lumber Street for an incident.  After a police investigation it was determined that Billy Ray Elam will receive a criminal citation for Harassment. The charges were filed through District Justice Lenker 12-2-02
