On Friday, March 20, 2026, police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Eisenhower Boulevard and Second Street. During the traffic stop, officers made contact with the driver, who was identified as Kyle Nawquan Cooley of Harrisburg. While conducting the roadside investigation, it was determined that Cooley was operating the vehicle while his driver's license was suspended due to a prior DUI-related offense. Further investigation revealed that Cooley had been stopped for the same violation three times previously. As a result, Cooley was charged with a misdemeanor offense for driving while under a DUI-related suspension.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
