Jessica Cordelia Lisa Bobbitt, 30-year-old, was arrested on Thursday, July 23, 2020, for Terroristic Threats and Stalking. It was reported by the victim that the harassment has been ongoing since 2019, by her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend, Bobbitt, via voice and text messaging. The victim expressed that she is fearful because Bobbitt's threats have intensified now to include, physically assaulting her seven (7) year old daughter; and she has intentionally sat idle in a car outside of her residence causing safety concerns.
