The Harrisburg Police are currently seeking the whereabouts of Lydell Muldrow. Muldrow has multiple warrants for charges that include fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, flight to avoid apprehension, indecent exposure, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a firearm prohibited.
